The Aspiring Leaders Program offers a unique opportunity to develop essential leadership skills, receive mentorship, and gain hands-on experience, all while making a meaningful impact in your school community. As we plan to open 24 new schools over the next five years, we are seeking leaders aligned with our Strategic Plan to step into key administrative roles and shape the future of education.

Aspiring Leaders Program — Cohort II (2025-2026):

After the overwhelmingly positive feedback and engagement from our inaugural cohort, Concept Schools is thrilled to announce Cohort II of the Aspiring Leaders Program.

Target Audience: Current educators and staff members passionate about advancing their careers with Concept Schools and influencing education on a larger scale.
 
Program Timeline:
  • The program will run from January 2026 through January 2027
  • Interest Survey Window: September 29th through October 3rd (1-minute survey)
  • Application Window:  October 13th through October 24th
 
Cohort II Size: 25

Expected Commitment: Participants are expected to actively engage in all program components, dedicating time to professional development sessions, mentorship activities, and leadership initiatives over the course of the program.

 

 

Accomplishments from Cohort I (2024–2025):

  • 25 aspiring leaders paired with 25 experienced mentors across the network.
  • Completion of Harvard’s Leading Learning course and a Coursera leadership specialization.
  • Successful shadowing experiences with principals and superintendents.
  • Several participants selected for formal leadership roles within Concept Schools.
