ROBOCON aims to increase public awareness in STEM- every student has the potential to shine in science, technology, math, and engineering.
 

We encourage students to share their experiences, talents, and abilities with others through this unique platform. ROBOCON is a robotics competition where teams design, build and program LEGO-based robots compete in a variety of challenges. Teams that compete at ROBOCON design, build and program LEGO-based robots compete in a variety of challenges.

What is RoboCON?

ROBOCON is a robotics competition where teams design, build and program robots to compete in various challenges. The competition consists of First LEGO League, VEX IQ and other events (Sumobot, Line Following and Cube Challenge). There will be two divisions based on grade levels: a Junior Division for grades 4-8 and a Senior Division for grades 9-12.

Important Competition Dates:

  • January 23: RoboCON 2024 Information Meeting
  • February 12 - February 29: RoboCON Registration - (Please click here to register)
  • March 5: 3:30 CST/4:30 EST: RoboCON Teams' Meeting via Zoom
  • January-April: RoboCON Teams and Coaches prepare for competition
  • April 27, 2024: Competition

$25 per team of 2-6 students
