Murat Efe

Murat Efe is an experienced educator with about thirty years of diverse experience in the field. He has held various positions including math teacher, assistant principal, principal, and superintendent. In 1994, he obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics Education from Middle East Technical University. Additionally, he pursued a master's degree in Educational Leadership from Marian University.

Throughout his career, Mr. Efe has taught mathematics, algebra, and geometry at both public and private schools, spanning middle and high school levels. In addition to his teaching responsibilities, he has actively contributed to the improvement of education by supervising curriculum and instruction, devising professional growth plans for teachers, and implementing programs that have positively impacted student achievement, attendance, and parental involvement.

Mr. Efe's leadership roles include serving as the principal of Noble Academy Columbus from 2007 to 2009, followed by six years as the Regional Superintendent of North Ohio Schools managed by Concept Schools from 2009 to 2014. Currently, he holds the position of Regional Superintendent of South Ohio Schools managed by Concept Schools, a role he has been dedicated to since 2014. Furthermore, Mr. Efe possesses the OPES 2.0 credential as a Principal Evaluator.

He resides in Delaware, OH, with his wife and four children, consisting of two boys and two girls. Outside of his professional commitments, he finds joy in activities such as reading, music, fishing, spending quality time with his family, charcoal grilling, and engaging in community service.
