What is Codeathon?

Codeathon is a computer science design challenge open to Concept Schools students in grades K-12. Codeathon is a hybrid event where students work collaboratively in person to develop a computer science solution to a real-world issue in just 2 weeks and present/submit their solution virtually!

Codeathon aims to provide a unique experience for students to discover their passion for science, technology, math, and engineering (STEM). When creating, connecting, and collaborating with peers, every student has the potential to shine in STEM. Therefore, we encourage students to share their experiences, talents, and abilities with others through this unique platform.

We use readily available platforms and a virtual format to ensure that this event is accessible for all students!

Prizes: Winning teams receive up to 1st $200, 2nd $160, 3rd $120, 4th $80, and 5th $40.
