 In February 2020, Concept Schools created a diversity, equity & inclusion initiative to be untaken network-wide in order to serve our students, families, teachers, and staff members because it is at the core of our mission and vision.

Concept wishes to become a strong ally to all of the communities we serve and be intentional with the broadening of representation, empathy, and cultural understanding. With this initiative, Concept is committed to ensuring everyone in our school communities and central office is treated with respect, and dignity and has the opportunity to thrive by providing professional learning, guidance, support, and tools and creating this separate department that resides within the Concept Schools Academic Department.
