As we gear up for the giving season, some of us are struggling to find the resources to give financially. The beauty of #GivingTuesday, though, is that it’s about so much more than donations. At Concept Central office, a group of us are in the process of planning a volunteer day. While we’re on the search, we thought we would share some of the things we’ve learned along the way. Check out these resources, tips, and tricks for getting involved in your community this November.

Giving our youngest givers a seat at the table 

This article from GivingCompass talks about the importance of empowering youth in community development. Consider holding an event that gets community members of all ages involved, or seek out area organizations that can use the help from students and adults alike.
